Registration Forms and Fees

 

Note: For first-time players in the Charlton Youth Soccer program, please include a photocopy of your child's birth certificate for proof of age.

The following fees apply to both In-Town and Travel players.

All refunds are less $10 per player.

Please Note: Any returned checks to CYS, Inc. that impose a service or returned check fee will be the responsibility of the party that wrote the check a will be collected along with the replacement check.  Thanks You.
